    training whilst cutting- the wrong way?

    guys,

    does anyone here, when cutting, go against the grain and do their weights in the morning and then cardio later on in the day?

    i want to do it this way because my gym gets stupidly busily later on, and its all the weight lifters, cardio is usually empty!

    how have people found their results using this method?

    The only reason people run cardio in the morning is to take advantage of the glycogen depleted state its not goona make that much difference honestly just eat before you lift in the morning and do PWO shake with your lifting and eat normally after the cardio in this instance it would still fall on your total caloric intake also are you planning a natural cutt or enhanced?

    natural cut

    i understand why people do that, but does anyone change to the way i am going?

    I hit the weights later in the day cuz I get a better workout in when Im fully awake and I can just run/walk straight while im out of it first thing in the morning
