I am trying to find this out for buddy of mine.
He complains about his joints making the cracking noise a lot.
It don't hurt, it just cracks.
Especially his knees.. he sais 8 out of 10 times it will crack as he bents his knees.
What would be good for this? Any vitamins? supplements? Special exercises?
I have no idea myself.
