    looking for athletic/performance gains. advice please

    Hey all,

    I'm Travis - 22 yo 170 lbs 5'11 around 14 percent body fat I would say I have a medium/small frame. I have minimal exp AAS, two years ago I did a 3 month cycle of 'Testred' 5mg a day (orally) as persribed by my doc for a pretty bad shoulder injury.

    Weightlifting exp: In my prime (about 6 months ago) Max bench (on the flat) 265, 8 reps Wide grip pull ups w/ 40 lbs extra, 4 reps hammer curl 65 lb dumbells. I was 'bulking' and taking a lot of supplements: crealkaline arganine etc.

    So now I'm doing MMA and looking for a lot of strength along with a lot of endurance, lowering body fight and a little size gain. I still weight train, run in the afternoon and again at night. I was thinking of stacking HGH and some sort of Test?

    Lastly I have gyno, and have had it since I was 14. It's not really obvious but you can tell its there. I'm going to see a Endocrinology specialitst sometime this week to have my hormone levels checked out before I start any cycle.

    Anythoughts? I live in North Hollywood, Ca if anyone is in the area I would gladly pay for a 'personal trianing consultation' IE training sched diet help etc etc

    A simple 12 week cycle of 500mg EW Test E will do. If you are gyno prone then make sure you run an anti estrogen through out. Also makes sure you read up on PCT since you are a newbie.

    Make sure you have your diet and training down to a T before you start using gear. There is lots of great info on this site about training and diet.

    gear is not what you need if you want to boost endurance. I fight mma too and it kills your stamina. At least test and decca did for me. I wont even mention tren.

    Have you ever considered HGH? From what I understand you can run a marathon and still build muscle. Also the overall healing factor bone and tendon growth sound pretty awesome too. I've heard nothing but good things about HGH, but from what I understand there are no significant strength gains hence my desire for a AAS.

    Also if I take a small hit to my stamina I can do extra cardio to get it back up right?

    Have u priced the HGH? If Im not mistakin that stuffs a pretty penny. especially for a 22 yo

    Ya as far as I know it's pretty expensive. I haven't seen/heard exact numbers but I'm pretty sure I can afford it. My girlfriends dad makes this joke with me all the time: "When it comes to our cars nothing's too good, we'll put the best gas the nicest tires and best oil in there. but when it comes to our bodies we'll take-in just about any crap."

    With that said, I would be willing to spend the extra cash if it means the right results.

    Test prop and mast at 350mg a week for both would add strength, harden you up, have minimal weight gain and increase aggression for a fraction of the cost of hgh. Maybe toss in some var for strength but probably not necessary for a first timer.

    I just read up on both of your recomendations and it all sounds right how does one go about finding test prop and mast? Should I go hunting in Mexico or is ther a more efficient method? Totally understand if you don't want to give away your sources.

    Well if you go to mex the prop there is great it is the most effective and painless prop that I have ever had and dirt cheap to boot, but mast is not something that you will be able to find there. You will have to look somewhere else to find mast, if that isn't an option then just run the prop a bit higher like say 1.5cc eod which comes to about 500mg a week, that maybe the best option anyways for you as a beginer.

    Don't listen to that guy, you can find mast in mexico. Look for the brand with a black horse.

    don't bother shopping in mexico. I got some just to compare and it sux. there are much cheaper and higher quality options easily available online and otherwise...

    Really I go to tj and have never had luck in finding it, where do you go in mex to find it? Maybe I looked in all the wrong places.
