hey everyone just got you off football and I am starting my off-seaon training/diet. I have learned and heard many times that food is the best way to "get big" so I am making a (high calorie) diet this week and was wondering what you guys would reccomened for a packed lunch? Im not to sure what to get and would like some food that would help me to put on some weight. I am 5'11" 160 pounds and would like to get up to 185. So any food that you would reccomened would be very helpful to put into my diet..I was also wondering what kind of supplements i should use to add on a lot of weight and be able to keep my gains throughout. These are the supplements i have been looking into please give your opinion or reccomendations on what others i should take or take out of my diet.
