First off I'm 5'9", 160, 9-10% BF. Previous cycles were Sustanon only at 500mg/week. That had me up to 176 but I lost everything due to poor PCT and poor diet after the cycle was over. I came prepared this time and I'm also stacking with dbol and Deca this time around. I'd like to keep the gains this time so I will focus on proper PCT and diet after this cycle. Here's what I'll be on....
- BP Sustanon 250 @ 500mg/week for 10 weeks.
- BP Deca @ 100mg/week for 10 weeks.
- Dbol @ 40mg/day for the first 4 weeks.
- Nolvadex @ 20mg/day through cycle and PCT.
- Clomid for 3 weeks for PCT
- HCG 2 weeks prior to last shot.
3000-3500 clean calories / day, 200-250 grams of protein a day. Lifting 4-5 days a week. Cardio will be very limited since I'm recovering from a broken ankle. I walk fine but running wouldn't be smart yet.
Here's the issue...I know some of you may feel that's a low dose of Deca but I must admit, I'm nervous and scared of the dreaded "deca dick" and other potential increased side effects of stacking so I figured I'd start with a small safe dose and increase it once I feel confident about it. Also, since his is my first time using deca, anything I should definitely know about it? Any feedback appreciated.
