Do you know a good consistent diet is the most important role in the development of muscle?? I think you are far to light to begin a cycle, you could get your stated gains naturally if you worked hard towards it.
AS for the other questions, 20 mg of nolva is a good dosage for some to prevent gyno, but it will vary for everyone. You will have to play around with what works best for you..

Please research in the PCT section after you take Frignugs's advice and visit the diet section. Post a structered cycle and when your stoping your cycle and starting your pct. Deca and test get stopped at different times
Also dont look at Nolva as an AI. Armidex will work and i dont think Nolva is good because inhibits PGR when mixed with deca and will speed up the gyno (ill have to dbl check that.)

I agree your diet prob needs a little fine tune to say the least.Theres no reason you couldnt put a little more mass on by eating properly,I cant even count how many times Ive heard people say there diets on point only to see its horibble.If your not seeing any further gains its because of a plateau,In wich case Switch up diet and training routine and you more than likly will see gains agian.
Just because your diet is "good and healthy" doesn't mean it contains the proper calories or amounts of protein/carbs/fats to build muscle. You can't build muscle without sufficient food, no matter what you take.
If you can't add mass above 165 lbs, you're not eating enough, plain and simple.

Yeh diet is very important when building muscle. I was in the same boat about 6 months ago, when i was stuck at 188-190 pounds. i started upping the amount of protein powder i was taking in. the container says 4 scoops over a day. i increased that to 12 scoops and soon after i was gaining extra muscle. And yes i checked my bf at 17% before and it is 17% now. You might like to give that a go for two months. Easy way to establish whether you are eating enuf or not. a bit of extra cardio might be needed too![]()
