Ok, I have sent alots of post out, trying to find the deep down killer way to stop eating as much, or just lose my Cravings.
Anyways, what is the deal with these Fat Blocker pills you see all over the net or wal-mart...ect
Ex. Leptovox, TestoRIPPED, Lipo 6 X, hoodia. ect..
DO THEY WORK? OR IS GOING FOR THE JUICE BETTER?
Info, I have been sick the last 8 days, I have made it to the gym about 4 time out of those 8day, I took 4 days off. Slowly gaining my energy back.
Anyways, I am taking:
-Soy Protein with isoflavones made by Weider 90% protein
-I take N.O. Xplode before workouts!
-take FISH OIL PILLS Everyday.
My plan at gym:
Day 1 -DB Press/BB Preacher Curl/ Seat Incline curl/Rev BB Curl/leg press/seat calf bike 15min
Day 2 - Bench/ Ti-cep Pulldowns/ DB laying down ti-cep overhead press/ clean press/ Arnold press, Close grip bench/back fly/ dips/ bike 20min
Day 3 - Chest fly/ Bicep Pumps( different workouts like cable curl and stuff) bike 25min
Day 4 bike 45min
Day 5: Back to day 1 or rest
Everyday Abs. and bike atless 15min cutting back on food and eating veggies.
