My myspace tracker the other day picked up 3 hits from the "US Department of Justice" in Potomac, Maryland... Appearently they felt like browsing, next time they should just leave me a pic comment or something... The screenshot of the traffic is below...This should be a good warning to all the members here that they are watching and CAN find out who you are, I have never posted a link or elluded to my real name on this board, EVER...

Also, why would they openly display 'DEPT OF JUSTICE' right there anyways? Don't you think they'd be a bit more inconspicuous?

I understand all of this....but 1, I think this is an indication that they do look into shit, and its important everyone be a lot more careful than we are being... and 2, its easy to say oh no big deal when its not ur myspace getting traffic from a big government agency which has under it just to name a few, the DEA, FBI, and ATF...

yeah well if anyone is doing something that is illegal and they think they can get away with it by being "not clever" then they truly are stupid and have it coming to them.
There is probably a logical reason for them visiting your myspace, like that stupid guy you posted up here a few weeks back that was all over myspace, maybe they logged something from his site?

i dont think it was to actually find much, more to find out about what they dont knwo much about. Taking in what i have read the past few months, this guy probably dont have much to do about anything just a thirst for info and likes to keep up with current events, fittingly it has something to do the interests of members on this board, if the Feds think that is enough to actualy start looking in to someone then that just reinforces the reson i hate LE they are all the same, a set of wankers

I doubt the DOJ visiting your Myspace is in anyway related to your participation in this site. I monitor the same thing and I get hits from NASA, foreign govt's, FBI, all kinds of shit. It's probably just some DOJ employee looking at Myspace at work, or someone spoofing their ip as DOJ.

the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), is a component of the U.S. Department of Justice from what I understand.

DEA, FBI, ATF, and about 20 or so other Federal agencies are all covered under the DOJ...but those are the main law enforcement branches...
