    Hey--

I'm also new, and I'm also from the Bay Area. Which part are you from? I'm from San Jose.

It's not that weird... San Jose is starting to be one of the most populated places in the Bay Area. I'm on the East Side-- pretty close where the earthquake happened, a few weeks ago.

I'm just beginning. I think I will not try any roids for a long while, not until I can more or less control my food intake and build up a routine. Right now, I'm pretty much doing aerobics and lifting dumbbells. Not impressive stuff-- but, I'm getting back into my grove. I did, after all, have a desk job for maybe 6 years and I've seriously went down hill. And pushups.

I've recently bought, however, clen. If I can use this and do aerobics and really lose the flab, then I know it will get more into it.

Devil Dog, why don't you just cycle?
Anyone can do some sort of aerobic excercise. Maybe you shouldn't run on the track just yet, but a staionary bike or stairmaster will aid your aerobic excercise and eliminate some of the strain on your back.

Aerobic excercise is very healing-- it will do more good to your back than bad. Just start off very light.
