I am not sure if this is appr for here, but 3 months ago i was just about to start gear... i was always a strong believer that a person should first achieve the max or close to the max naturally before any anabolic help...

in any case in a very pathetic way, playing tenis, i dislocated my knee and was imobilized for 4 weeks, right at the end i got that crazy flu and suffered a lot, in 5 weeks i lost 15lbs and a lot of strength...

my question is: i am good to go now and working out in "girly man" section with weigts that my girlfriend is mastering for past 2 years, i am wondering if any of you that did have a break, but a serious one, used anything for a kick start, not anabolic but over the counter,

Because when i go to the gym now i really have no stamina or almost will power to to anything...

any serious advice?
