My plan is to get 100mg of anadrol a day, I have 50s so is it best to break them in half and take 25mg ever 2 or 3 hrs?? Or should I pop 50mg in the am and 50mg in the pm. Or should I just pop 100 in the morning.

well it would be better to break the doses up throughout the day, but it would be a pain in the ass so what the guy above me said. 50am/50 pm. but something like 25mg when u wake up, 25mg at lunch, 25mg mid afternoon, and 25mg before bed would probably keep blood levels more stable thus less sides. but thats just kind of a pain
50mg morning 50mg lunch 50mg 1-2 hours before workout =D
btw, im on drol as well right now, and I am taking letro .25 mg/day in the evenings before i go to bed....its doing a great job of keeping the water retension down. My strength gains are still there as well. Just a recommendation. I am on Test E and EQ as well though.
so if i was running only 50mg a day how should that be run?

You could reallytake it just once a day if ur running it 50mg/day just take it with a meal. Drol stays active longer than dbol its like 16hrs I believe as opposed to the 4.5 hrs of dbol.
I guess technically u could split it in 2 to keep ur blood levels stable but its a matter of preference, I'd just do it once a day cuz I dont ride around with gear or carry it on me.
