I've dieted at the beginning of the summer I was 225Lbs when I started. here was my diet.
11h30 am:
I pop 2 ThermaLean (Ephedrine pills) 15 mins before going I bring 591mL of crystal light for hydrating myself while im on the bike and my mp3 player cuz its ****in boring lol.
30 Mins of Cardio on a stationary bike when I wake up = 11 miles, 350calories burnt at 140 heart beat per minute.
12h00pm:
16 Egg Whites: Calories 250, Carbs 0g, Protein 50g
1 orange: 16.3g carbs, 1 g protein, 65 calories
Total 1: 315 Calories, 16.3g carbs, 51g protein
14h30pm:
Protein Shake: 1 2/3 scoop, 230 calories, 2g carbs, 50g protein
17h00pm:
1 chicken breast, 211 calories, 4.2g fat, 0g carbs, 40.6g protein
4 spears asparagus, 13 calories, 0.1g fat, 2.5g carbs, 1.4g protein
2 tbsp Bullseye BBQ sauce, 60 calories, 0g fat, 14g carbs, 0.4g protein
Total 2: 284 calories, 4.3g fat, 16.5 carbs, 42.4g protein

I am now 20 years old, 6 feet tall, 199.5lbs. I think i must have really bad genetics.. i have been workin out seriously for the past year.. and humm on and off for the past 3.
I'm not that happy with my body. I must be around 15-16% on those pictures i guess.. humm with my cutting diet I wanted to show a bit of a 6 pack but it seems that they just wont show.. i work em out as hard as I can try to shock em with different exercises.. i squat and deadlift quite a bit and i thought it would make my abs pop out a lil more but.. no.. then my pec shrunk a lot from dieting.. i guess my back did cut a lil bit but not much it looks alright i guess.. my bicep and triceps dont seem to grow so fast either even if i get major pumps.. I am looking to get a lot bigger without using steroids.. trying to get on a better diet maybe.. maybe trying some new exercieses.. and maybe buy more supplement like Nitrous Oxyde, and Amino Acid supplements.. Well all help is appreciated. Im desperate to get bigger lol..

Well I seem to bulk up pretty fast because i got a slow metabolism, I started takin naNo Vapor mix and it really helps as far as preworkout energy goes.. and ive been getting mega pumps too.. so yeah ill go back up to 220 cleanly this time.. and cut down next summer.. Ill work on my leg day and post some pics.. Im not 6" 205lbs..
