    Meal1:50g WMS/50g WPC Protein/50g oats(500mg sesamin/250mg K-R-ALA)
    Meal2:50g WMS/50g Meat Protein/(500mg sesamin/250mg K-R-ALA)
    Meal3:50g WMS/50g Fish Protein/(500mg sesamin/250mg K-R-ALA)
    Meal4:50g WMS/50g WPC Protein/50g oats(500mg sesamin/250mg K-R-ALA)
    Meal5:50g WMS/50g Meat Protein/(500mg sesamin/250mg K-R-ALA)
    Meal6:50g WMS/50g Fish Protein/(500mg sesamin/250mg K-R-ALA)

    Pre-Workout - 200mg caffeine/250mg K-R-ALA/ 2.5g CEE
    During Workout - 25g WMS
    Post-Workout -50g WMS/50g WPC Protein
    20 mins PW - 2.5 CEE (see tom i have been listening )

    Okay so first off it's so much WMS cos i wanted to try it as paul said it seemed to really fill him out without gaining fat. Also consuming it during the workout has been known to give a greater pump and after a workout filling out, both without giving a bloat.

    The protein is obvious.

    Sesamin can help maximize fat loss, support liver and kidney health and maintain healthy lipid profiles so whatever fats i consume will be destroyed.

    K-R-ALA this is a is one of the best antioxidant in the bb world and it also drives carbs towards glycogen not fat stores/burns fats/gives energy.So it's useful to kick in during my workout to kill out them antioxidant's

    Caffeine is what i live on basically , it burns fat, plus boosts energy for the workout.

    CEE is easily absorbed due to the ethyl ester,it helps muscles store more atp(which we all know is a good thing for workout to get that extra rep or more power) and can improve strength and muscle size (mostly through water retention in the muscle) - this was mostly taking from myprotein and improved on hope you don't mind MP. i use your CEE

    and im consuming it after as like tom said it works better away from the acidity of the protein enviroment.

    +5g fish oils with each meal.

    so it works out to 3420 cals per day and i weigh 250lbs, so we'll see what happens probably lose some muscle but we'll see. break down is roughly..

    475g carbs (375g of which is WMS)
    350g protein
    30g fat.


    okay sorry for the long post! does anyone have anything to add, question,comment or opinionate themselves on?

    your taking too many supplements, i dont know what all these short 3 letter things mean such as WMS? and not enough fat
