I've been out of training for the last year. Been away and put on a bit of excess bodyfat, not "big daddy" style but its still unwanted.. I currently work tue-fri 11am - 9pm, my gym aint open after 9pm so i gotta workout in the morning, I'm thinking of doing a 4 day split, and work in some cardio to lose some of this fat.. Can you guys help?
What is best for me to do, 30 mins cardio then lift?
When is best for me to take pro shake ? after cardio /before lifting? or after cardio and lifting?
What sort of split would you guys recommened?
