2. Flat dumbells-3 sets
Reps-10/8/6
3. Flyes-3 sets
Reps-10/8/6
4. Crossovers-3 sets
Reps-10/8/6
5. Dips-3 sets
Reps-12/12/12
I increase the weight each set, and am looking for mass and strength.
