    Hello from the Sandbox

Hello everyone, i am currently a contractor in Iraq and have been for almost 2years now. Deployed with the marines before that. Been here since 03 I guess i'm a glutton for punishment. As far as lifting goes, it allowed me to recover and rehab from a broke shoulder i received my last time out here with the marines and get back on a normal schedule of lifting. I recently overtrained and am taking it slow on my shoulder until i heal. I completed a small cycle out here about 9 months ago and am planning to start a cycle of deca, sustanon, dbol with nolvadex and maybe some HCG for protection in Jan/Feb time frame. I would like to learn extensivly about cycles and any lifting techniques you guys have out there. My stats are 360 bench, 500 deadlift, but would like to get more comfortable with those weights. I have always had some love handles and even at 190 when i came out of boot camp i still had them. Any suggestions on cutting cycles would be appreciated. Thanks for any advice guys and feel free to ask any question you may have.

    No

Blackwater, Halliburton, and other contractor companies hire people from all lines of Military and Law Enforcement(SWAT etc). While Spec Ops are the cream of the crop there are plenty of ones over there who were not. They do require some sort of combat experience though.
