but i work out 4 times a week and run everyday
I was jus wondering how much water should i be drinking a day and when i work out i normally just carry a gallon of water with me each day all around and i try to drink jus that all day should i be drinking more? less? any input helps thx guys also love the site so much good info ive learned already!
