Breakfast Question

Okay guys I got a ? for yah... I work from 1730-0630 so when I come into work the chow hall only is serving dinner so I get 2 chicken breast sandwiches on wheat grilled. Do you think that is okay?

Well it's not bad, but I'd try to find alot better carb source than just wheat bread or buns....

nothing wrong with whole wheat bread. Like AandF said, macros are macros.

macros are macros...but the difference in some wheat bread and a bowl of oatmeal, per say, is a BIG difference when looking for the right results...hell macros are macros, so as long as the macros look good lets have a bowl of cocoa puffs.....

I cant get oatmeal. Basically the chicken sandwiches is all I can get I add a slice of cheese to each of them and some lettuce
