my question is.... seeing as how breakfast is the most important meal of the day, what should it mostly consist of?

let me share some more info with you, im on a cutting diet, you know, leaning while gaining muscle mass with very little to hopefully godwilling no fat gain at all
but im reading alot of men magazines regarding dieting, the ab diet power 12 and all that good stuff, and they have KILLER breakfast recipes, but all of them are like 30g+ of protein, 40g+ carb and 10g+ of fat !!!
what with that ?!!!??! so should i have like a BIG mix of everything !?!?!?
if you can guys can help me out on this, i would greatly appreciate it!! thanks everyone!!
