casein is a slow-digesting protein, everybody know that ,its assimilation last +- 8 hours
but does it means that i dont need to eat every 2 hours 40 gr of caséine or it means that when i eat 40 gr caséine, every 2 hours, i need to eat another kind of protein
my diet is the following
12h : 40 gr tuna
2.30pm : 40 gr prot slow digesting
4.00pm : 40 gr tuna
so with casein protein, my diet can be the following ???
12h: 40 gr casein
8pm: 40 gr casein
when i think it, i tell myself that no it doesnt oust my "every two hours intake 40 gr tuna or slow digesting protein, because it s only the digesting that is slowed down
can somebody give me an example of using casein in his diet .
