    These are off my vendor site but I'm starting a portfolio of my own. We work with a local piercer and we sell self piercing kits, I don't want to do piercings, too much hassle. We supply them with the jewelry, happy to say that we are one of the largest in my area

    Call your state board of cosmetology, almost all states are tough on this. My state requires 1500 class room hours and soo many piercings (forgot how many?) to get certified then they inspect the shlt out of you. Hell, I have to give the fukers $100 to come out and inspect once a year
