About a year and a half ago I was doing a plate loaded military press machine. I had 4 plated on each side and did my business, then moved on to the rest of my workout. Well the next day I woke up and my shoulder hurt bad. It ended up being 6 months before I could raise my arm above parallel. Well Friday at the gym I was doing a different plate loaded machine with only 3 plates on each side, and brought the injury back. I woke up friday night in pain. Saturday I could hardly get my shirt on, and today is just as bad. I can hardly lift a gallon of milk to parrellel right now. If you have ever seen my pics, or in my current avie you can see that my right shoulder rolls forward and in. I think that this unnatural movement that my right shoulder goes through puts my self in a position where the shoulder can not handle the heavy weight. I allready have descent size front delts, so I am going to swear off military presses for as long as possible.
