Hllo guys
Here are my stats
43 years old, 182 cm, 92kg, body fat 22%. Here is my gear and the cycle I am planing: 12 weeks of 250mg of sust and 200mg of deca. I also know that deca do not aromatize a lot. Should I take nolva during the cycle with this low dose of test or only during pct ?

My firs cycle was 250mg of sust and 100 mg of deca for 24 weeks but it' seems that this wasn't enough deca. my weight was 85kg before and 92 after but I put on a lot of fat too... Maybe It's because of my age, I don't know. The perfect goal for me would be to increase lean mass and to lose fat. Maybe bumping deca up to 200MG will help ? If I bump sust to 500mg, would it be safety to have nolva in hand or to take it directly? The goal for me in to make the goodest cycle possible, thanks for your help.

my goals are to take a max of lean mass and the less fat possible. I know that outwork and diet are very important too, but let's talk about gear only. thank you, I did not know that it's not a good idea to use nolva with deca.

I saw on some pct reviews that nolva is pretty good for pct, but also arimidex. Why ? Am I right to think that nolva is an estrogen blocker and arimidex an estrogen killer ?

an ai like adex keeps you from producing most of the estrogen that you would without it. A serm like nolva just binds to you breast tissue and "blocks" estrogen from binding there. The reason nolva is bad for use with 19nor's such as decca is that the nolva actually increases the area that the progestin can bind to. Thus more likely to cause gyno.

Id use 500 mg a week of enth, i think that multiestered tests should be used for what they are good for, hrt only. I think they are too hard to ****rol the blood levels unless shot ed.
Id use 400-500 mg a weeks for at least 10 of decca.
If you are worried about water gain and bloating or if you are prone to it, use an ai during cyclke to prevent that.

Yea, i just wanted to get an idea of what you are trying to achieve. Like murph said, i would up the test to 400-500mg's and bring the deca up little two, and have the proper AI's on hand if any sides pop up. I think you will see much better results from this cycle.

And i know you want to just talk about gear in this post, but i should say, for your goal of not wanting to gain any fat, your diet will determine, not the steroids.
