I'm posting this mainly on behalf of a friend. My friends a really big lad! around the 20 stone mark (280lb) @ 6' 3'' (23 years old). Hes a big strong lad and has been lifting naturaly for around 4 years now. He has a fairly high body fat percentage which hes now decided he wants to reduce. For the past 3 months hes been watching the food intake and has started with regular cardio. He knows that I've used AAS in the past and other such related drugs to help with certain goals in the gym so today hes asked my advice on using something to accelerate body fat loss whilst hes training. The only thing I've ever used is clenbuterol - I've used it 3 times over the past 3 or 4 years, once alone and twice as part of PCT. I told him about clen and he seemed really interested.
I just thought I'd put this to you guys for a quick second opinion as its been some time since I've used anything like this. Would clen be a good suggestion to help accelerate my friend towards his goals? or is there something better or something he could stack it with to help out even more?
Also - dosing, the first time I used clen I did a straight month, upping the dose daily until I started to notice the side effects and then remaining at that dose for the duration of the 4 week course. The second and third time I used clen I did the 2 week on, 2 week off, 2 week on method because I'd heard it was better for body fat loss. I've since read conflicting reports about the best way to dose clen for the best results in body fat loss. What do you guys suggest for dosing in order to achieve the most amount of body fat loss?
