    Body fat loss - suggestions?

    I'm posting this mainly on behalf of a friend. My friends a really big lad! around the 20 stone mark (280lb) @ 6' 3'' (23 years old). Hes a big strong lad and has been lifting naturaly for around 4 years now. He has a fairly high body fat percentage which hes now decided he wants to reduce. For the past 3 months hes been watching the food intake and has started with regular cardio. He knows that I've used AAS in the past and other such related drugs to help with certain goals in the gym so today hes asked my advice on using something to accelerate body fat loss whilst hes training. The only thing I've ever used is clenbuterol - I've used it 3 times over the past 3 or 4 years, once alone and twice as part of PCT. I told him about clen and he seemed really interested.
    I just thought I'd put this to you guys for a quick second opinion as its been some time since I've used anything like this. Would clen be a good suggestion to help accelerate my friend towards his goals? or is there something better or something he could stack it with to help out even more?
    Also - dosing, the first time I used clen I did a straight month, upping the dose daily until I started to notice the side effects and then remaining at that dose for the duration of the 4 week course. The second and third time I used clen I did the 2 week on, 2 week off, 2 week on method because I'd heard it was better for body fat loss. I've since read conflicting reports about the best way to dose clen for the best results in body fat loss. What do you guys suggest for dosing in order to achieve the most amount of body fat loss?

    Thanks for taking the time to read this, much appreciated. I look forward to your advice. Also, I'm open to suggestions of other drugs that may help my friend achieve his goals more quickly.

    I'd make sure his diet and training plan were very very solid first... chances are that "watching his food intake" isn't giving him optimal results.

    if he's overweight the clen might make his blood pressure even worse. Cardio upon waking and a structured diet will yield the best results

    damm people..lol deit is key to it all. You will go nowhere with out it.
    Its hard to do but once you see the 1st results youll love it and not wanna eat junk anymore..

    That's true for most!

    But some people just don't possess the wherewithal to diet properly, even when the motivation seems apparent.

    On TLC the other night there was a guy with a lymphatic system blockage in his leg. The back up kept growing and is now about 50 lbs, and even though he has a coveted bed at one of the premiere fat loss clinics in the US, doctors won't operate on him until he's less than 400lbs due to anesthesia complications. The thing is, he can't stop eating even with the treatment plan, and has his girlfriend (also a patient) sneak junk food to him...he's gained 30 pounds in the last month, and even though his leg will be amputated if he doesn't lose 130lbs (yes he's at 530), he won't stop cheating on his diet.


    Sad, but true...

    I wouldn't say my friend was massively over weight - hes naturaly a really big lad. To look at him you wouldn't guess he was 280lb. Hes really eager to use something thats going to help with his bf loss. In turn I'm sure it will give him more insentive to diet more strictly.

    Sure, check the diet first but then why don't put somthing helpful in?
    I'd try some clen+T3 stack, it's the "bread&butter" (I love this term) stack for fat loss.
    This will work ONLY if his diet is in check tho.

    Nice one whats the deal with T3? how would you dose T3 along with clen? I'm interested for personal use also. I'm going to do a third cycle this winter with lean mass and fat loss in mind so I'd be interested in stacking T3 with clen during my PCT.
