    cut or continue bulk???? Advice please...

    Hey dudes, 22.m here 6'3 202 lbs, I have put on about 25 lbs in the last5 months, from 178 to 202 lbs, the 178 was cut down from previously 188 or so...Well anyway heres my newest pics looking for some advice should I stop bulking and cut? Can anyone give an estimate3 of my BF %? I feel like the last 10 pounds I have gained dont make me feel any "bigger".. I dont know, I dont know where the last 10 pounds went, mabye to my waist.. probably lol, Heres my stats


    max bench- 270
    mex military press-240
    arms- 15.25
    calves 17
    chest 43
    wrist 6.75
    neck 16
    forearms 12
    waist- 34
    wrist 6.75

    also my arms have not grown worth a lick since I weighed 178, any advice on that?

    def continue to clean bulk man. as for bf, i know some guys r gonna tell u 10-11. however im gonna say 12-13 only because i can just baaaarely see some abs coming in there.

    the 10 lbs probably just isn't noticeable to u man. u have to keep in mind that u probably look at urself in the mirror several times a day. somebody who hasn't seen u in a while would probably notice it.

    for the arms... whats ur arm workout like?

    def keep bulking man...make sure u maintain a strict diet so that u dont gain any unwanted bf while packing on some muscle

    I'd put you at somewhere between 13-16% bf... which is not bad really.

    Definitely continue to bulk up with clean foods to stave off bf. Add cardio 3x a week if you want to keeps your gains lean (but adjust your diet accordingly)

    Slap some more plaster on that statue so you have something to chisel down later!!

    for arms i do one day bideps and tri's i do with shoulders, for arms I do 4 sets 8 reps barbell curls max..3 sets pulldowns 10 reps max, dumbell curls 4 sets 5 reps, then a one handed rope curl of some sort (sorry dont know the exact name) 2 sets for each arm 5 7 reps....I also do a shit load of punching on a heavy bag about 15 minutes atleast a day everyday.....I dont feel like I look 200 pounds, I feel only slightly bigger than I was when I was 180 and measured at 7 % bf...

    y such low reps? imo u should be doing 10-14 reps and then 8 reps for your final set. lower the weight a little, do more reps with good form and make em hurt. that should help ur arms. ive got some friends who do some 5-8rep sh^t. they havent grown in yrs. not to say its bad to go heavy once in a while but ya know what i mean. i would guess ur 200. ur 6'3 man!

    Agreed... you may want to post your diet in the diet forum to make sure theres nothing wrong with it that would cause problems
