Hey dudes, 22.m here 6'3 202 lbs, I have put on about 25 lbs in the last5 months, from 178 to 202 lbs, the 178 was cut down from previously 188 or so...Well anyway heres my newest pics looking for some advice should I stop bulking and cut? Can anyone give an estimate3 of my BF %? I feel like the last 10 pounds I have gained dont make me feel any "bigger".. I dont know, I dont know where the last 10 pounds went, mabye to my waist.. probably lol, Heres my stats
max bench- 270
mex military press-240
arms- 15.25
calves 17
chest 43
wrist 6.75
neck 16
forearms 12
waist- 34
wrist 6.75
also my arms have not grown worth a lick since I weighed 178, any advice on that?
