On your first cycle go with 500mg/week for 10-12 weeks and start clomid PCT 14 days after the last injection.
What about your age and %bf?

I'd highly recommend posting your diet up in the diet forum... if anything can fukk up a cycle its your diet... and it doesn't sound like yours is too great.

hmm, i was under the impression, eat a shit load of protein continously throughout the day with a little bit of carbs and get plenty of sleep, and your set.

Nope... you need to make SURE you eat over a set number of calories or you will not gain weight..

Your body has a set number called your Base Metabolic Rate (BMR). It is how many calories you burn every day (keeping your body warm, digesting food, and moving around, and exercising). If you eat less than that amount, you lose weight. If you eat more than that amount, you gain weight. It is impossible to gain muscle if you're eating less than your BMR.

Carbohydrates and fats are just as important as protein in your diet. To give you an idea, when I was about your weight, I ate 300g protein, 300g carbs, and 100-120g fats every day.

Reading food labels really is the easiest way... Check out the "lean bulking" thread in the diet forum.
