im already eating ALOT of protein as it is (tuna, tilapia and chicken) carbs are a good amount so i dont get fat, and fats are just as good too so i dont get fat, so what can i eat to increase calories without increasing my other macros?
You wont get fat. You are going to LOSE weight because your calories are below maintenance.
and what is the importance of calories? if i already have the pro, carb and fat down, why worry bout calories?
Because calories are what make you grow. I dont even understand what you mean by "having the pro, carb and fat down" as you clearly dont have it down since they dont add up to an excess of calories.
and another thing!! why is it the a nutrition label states
calories 120
total fat
carb
protein
etc..
etc..
so lets say i eat a food that is just right for my 3rd meal, protein and fat
meal 3
44g protein (176 calories)
16g of fat (144 calories)
thats 320calories right there....
BUT.... the calories state its 120
No idea what your label lists. It could be a smaller portion that what you are eating.
so what do i do then? 320 PLUS the 120?!? so is that meal 440calories?
here is another question as well... lets say i need 550 calories for meal 3, but im only eating 440, what do i do to make up the extra 110calories i need WITHOUT increasing my fat intake or my protein intake?
If you dont want to up your protein or fat...well theres only one option left. Up the carbs lol.

Not complicated at all, very simple. If you need 2400 cals to grow than eat 2400 cals.
