    I understand everyones concerns I also understand if no one wants to work out with me. I am not looking for someone to hook me up with anything. I dont even want to know if you do anything. I just need someone to help push me. I also want to make sure I am squating correctly.

    wouldnt it be easier to ask someone that goes to the gym if they can show you how to squat, or to make friends in your gym and train with someone that already goes there?

    yea amorphic is rightjust go to the gym the same time every day and you'll see the other gym rats that hand out there that time, i just ask thsoe guys for spots and
