    One lagging shoulder

I have noticed that my right shoulder is not as big as my left esp front delt. I am right handed and also do physical work (ceramic tiler).I am 42 5'10" 205lbs 15-17%bf I have been training on and off for 20 years serious last 2. What I have started doing to combat this problem is extra wkout for right shoulder, program is thus,
    Mon, shoulders,tris
    tues, chest,bi's
    wed, off
    thurs,legs
    fri,back,and right shoulder wkout.
I have only just started to do this 2 weeks ago, was just wondering if it was too much, or if there is a better way?

imo...yeah man its a little much, when you train any upperbody muscle except abs you hit your shoulders. this makes it really easy to overtrain without knowing it. chest is especially killer for your shoulders so training chest either before or after a shoulder day is a no no. try to separate these workouts by at least a day, as far as shoulders go i would only hit them once a week because theyre hit in so many other training sessions. im not quite sure what to do for a lagging body part other then train it with more resistance than the other but i deffinently wouldnt give it a whole other day of training.
