hey dudes, within about the last 4 months I have gained 25 lbs from 177 to 202..I am 6'3 .Have been on a good diet and good workout routine, should I start cutting now or keep gaining? Ive been putting on a lot of weight lately especailly in last 2 months.. also my arms havent really grown over a half inch the last 8 months any advie on tha? Recently,ive been working out 4 times a week a total of 15 sets altogether of heavy weights which i can rep about 5-10 times max. about 15 mins of so every day on a heavy bag .also when i started this bulk i was slightly smaller than in the 2nd before pics, I stopped working out for a while due to medical reasons. so basically I was the same size as the 2 years ago 5 months ago I feel like looking at the pics it doesnt look like a 40 pound difference mabye 25 or so? I dont know.a can anyone estimate my bf%....What would be a good cycle for me to run in 4-5 months or so?.. stats
