basically no magic involved, i tend to shy away from decline because it focuses on the lower chest, which is most peoples case isnt the problem, its the upper part that is hardest to "bring up". If i were u, if you only work chest once a week i would try something like
Flat Barbell bench
Incline Dumbell
Cable crossover(or that machine where u load the weights on but it looks like a machine, then u sit in the seat and do chest presses, ill look for a pic)
flat dumbell presses and dips
Mix it up. Both is better than one.
I Like incline db best. Most people like flat bench I think because it's a heavy lift and they like to put up the numbers, but so long as your goal is physique and not pl'ing, dbs are great for bilateral consistancy.
