Well I have posted alot of post and a few not touched and a few that went ok.
Today, I am hear to tell you my plans and diet and product, and hope that you all can help me out.
As I will say again and again, ect....I will list my diet/work-out plan/product..

My diet - 7 day basic plans - for nex 10-12 weeks
10 potatoes
24 ounces diet pepsi/orange juice/water
1 dozen eggs
1 pound Fruit
7cups Oatmeal (morning)
1 pound brown rice
3 HEAD Lettuce
1 pounds pasta
5 chicken breasts
2 steak/ribs
2 pounds ground beef
2 pounds vegetables
half brick cheese
2 gallons skim milk with protein shank (3time daily)
1 loaf wheat bread
Work-out Plan( trying to make a workout plan that will let me get rock hard mass)
All set/reps will be full out till I can't pump know more
Day 1- Leg/Back
Legs - Squats, Leg Press, calf raises, Leg curls
Back - Deadlift, Back curl, clean press, arm row
Bike 15 min
Day 2 - Shoulder/Bi-cep/Ti-cep
Shoulder - Arnold press, Lat side machine, Back fly, Shrugs
Bi-cep - Preacher BB Curl, Hammer curl, Seated curl, cable curl
Ti-cep - DB Pull-over head press, One arm cable pulldown, BB PRESS, One arm press DB
Day 3 - Rest at home
Bow-flex - Bench, chest fly,
Bike 30/ABS AIR BIKE
Day 4 back to day 1
Product : Deca durabolin

Protein 180Gram
Fish Oil Pills
After 10 week cycle PCT
Bromo & Vim E
