had a project up at school thought maybe you would like to check it out.... Superset squat and deadlift with 405 on each, for 10 reps, 6 sets, rest is less than 1.5 minutes between sets.

what does this have to do with powerlifting
didnt know were to put it and it seemed more like power lifting than anything else so i put it here first.. than i saw the lounge a little later so put it there...
