so i was running a winny only cycle with nolvadex after recieving some really bad advice. my clomid is in the mail and i still have a bunch of nolvadex. im gonna get off the winny, but is the nolva and clomid good as a pct and how long and what dosage should i run. when im done with pct can i jump on a new cycle immediately?

It depends on the dosages: how much mg/day and how many wks?

50mg/winny eod only for a month, 30mg nolva ed same time

no need for nolva during cycle...run it for 3 weeks after it.
Though I don't see a need for a PCT after that..

ok, so no nolva when on the winny, and once im off 20mg nolva for 21 days, what about the clomid?

buy some hcg, on a serious note.. how long were you on the winny alone, did it shut you down or ?

i was on for about a month, felt good at first, put on some gains, then i got more depressed than ive ever been in my life and i seem to have put a lot of fat on surprisingly enough, is that what you meant by shut me down?
