I will be testing MHp's Xpel Starting Dec 3rd.
Will post before and after photos.
Rather try something natural first and see how it goes vs a stronger diuretic.
Looking for some info before I start like should I be consuming my normal 1-2 gallons of water a day at start and start decreasing by say 32 oz per day.
Eating foods that don't hold much water.
Im not prepping for a contest but seeing how my body will react and take effect so I have an idea of what I'll need to do when i compete in 2008.
I've also did some reviews and seen alot of people getting sick and what not but are these people trying to lose weight?
Xpel is for bodybuilders and the weight will obviously come back as it is just water.
Im willing to take my chance and see what it can do.
