    Chick Fil A

How can you knock this, please criticize.. Their Charbroiled Chicken sandwich on wheat bread..

    I eat 2 for a meal, $6.00 total.

    540 calories
    7 grams of fat
2 grams saturated (included in the 7 total)
    0g trans fat
    56 grams proteins
    66g carbs
    14g sugar

Why would this NOT be a good meal? for a guy like me that works on the road and lives in hotels??

Im not sure... but im guessing the 14grams of sugar may be a little bit high (depending on your goals).

I don't typically mix all three pro/fat/carb int he same meal but the logic behind it is very debatable. Also, where the heck is the sugar coming from? Chicken or wheat bread wouldn't have sugar, are you adding a sauce?
