    best mass/thickness builder for back??

    what is it?

    Heavy Barbell rows, T-bar rows, dumbell rows, cable rows, deadlifts, etc?

    as far as width goes i love heavy t-bar rows, now for actual thickness, heavy wide grip barbell rows bulk my back up like nobody's business...

    i agree with that 100%. For me, personally, one arm dumbell rows never did it. I guess I couldn't get the motion down.

    Remember to do power movements too, they help. Stronger core = stronger everything
