i know its good to do, but here is my question...
can i do like 30min of jump rope and be equal to doing running?
reason i ask if because i just moved and i dont know where i can run in the morning (i live in an apt. complex)
before i lived in a house with some friends, and i would run around the neighborhood, but the complex doesnt seem good enough to run around in, so thats why im wanting you guys opinion on jump roping, i can do that in my room and workout my body... right? is that a good alternative?
