injectable vitamine B12, dose. plz check

Hey all, was wondering if anyone can give some advise. i know the average dose of injectable vitamine B12 is usually 500 - 1000 mcg per month (correct me if im wrong) im planning on using this so i got (30iu insilin pins/needles) to use. i dont know the iu strength of vit.B12. how many iu's in the insulin pin should i use a day if i were planning on taking 25mcg per day??? 1000mcg of b12 is a ml. so would that be 25mcg = 2.5iu ??

i never injected b12. and haven't had any problems. i just take my multivitiams. Can you by b12 pills at the vitiam shop

Yes you can buy B12 pills at the vitamin shop, but most of it gets flushed out of your system via urine. IM injections of B12 are much more utilized by the body rather than being secreted out. Check the ARR banner upper right of page.

ed means every day. eod is every other day

Hey troublesome, try this......

The B12 from arr is to be taken IM(intra muscular) or deep Sub-Q(deep into fatty layer)

Best to go IM with a 25gauge 1" needle into the delt, quads, or glutes....everyday down to twice a week. It's your preference based on how you feel.

If its 10ml @ 1000mcg a ml and your are taking 1000mcg ED it will last ten days bro....
