    hey, any assistance will do.

    i just turned 19, i weigh 160 pounds and just under 6 feet tall. i have 10mg dynaball tablets. i dont want to take them untill i get some advice. i have read some information that dynabals have bad sideaffects, which stuns growth, damages liver and heart. i am worried about this. what is the best way to take dynabals without having such bad effects. regards

    You are right about the effects. If you are 6' then you should be at the very least 190 before you think about a cycle. eat eat lift lift. Oh if your worried do not do it.

    Bro with all due respect at 19 and 160 lbs you have no business doing any anabolic compounds..You are right Dbol can elevate liver values...If you want to gain muscle eat big and train hard...Forget the dbol for now.

    ya grow naturally first to at least 190-200 then take the d-bols you have more than 10 right?

    general thought is dbol only is a very bad idea. What you need to do is go grocery shopping and get good, quality food. Then go get a few jugs of whey. Eat 7 times a day, and 3 of those can be 60 gram protein shakes. You will grow. Visit the diet section, learn there, hold off a few more years before you cycle. Visit the supplement section as well. Look into Multi-vitamin/glutamine/creatine/bcaa/EFA for a daily supplement routine.

    Keep a journal of your workouts, and be sure to change them up, and get plenty of rest, and take a week off every once in a while. Train hard 4-5 days a week.

    I made this thread for guys like you.. give this a look over before you do anything.

    You will prob take them anyway but just read these reason why I personally think you shouldn't then decide.

    1)You will put on 10lbs but it will be bloat and your face will get fat
    2)Everyone will call you out for juicing because of how fast dbol puts on water weight
    3)You will get acne at that age
    4)You will have sex drive problems once you come off, even if its only for 3 weeks
    5)You will loose all the weight.. you might keep 2lbs tops but its just not worth it.

    Do some research, give it another year and put a real cycle together with some testosterone and a good PCT.

    I have no reason to give you this info other then because its true.. I mean what would I gain by lying to you? Trust me bro.. it can be done natural

    hey all thanks for your advice. i have been eating so much, but i still dont gain much weight. i am growing taller and thats contributing to my 2-3 kg gain of weight per year. i eat around 5 times a day and workout about 4 times a week. i am getting cut but i need meat to fill up the gaps around my chest and shoulders. i also have fast metabolism and i think thats not helping me gain weight. regards

    you most likely arent eating enough calories, head to the diet forum and check out the bulking diets

    I am going to say you are very similar to me. I have/had a very fast matabolism my entire life. IT took me forever to get into the 190's. But it can be done. You probably also have 4+ bowel movements a day, which are signs of malabsortion, etc.

    Man I would just put together a good bulking diet and eat eat eat train hard then consider using steroids. If you decided not to listen and you want to take the trip to the dark side run a cycle that looks like this.

    Week 1-10 Test E of Cyp 500mg
    Week 1-4 D-bol 30-50mg a day
    Proper PCT

    you're ignoring the advice given to you. go ahead and cycle, you are going to just keep trying to convince yourself its okay to do it.

    remember, aas dont create muscle out of thin air, your diet isnt good enough.

    the answers to your questions are already in this thread, there is nothing more you need to ask

    i am going to take your advice and not take them. but i need a change off diet. i need a program to follow because the ones i have used havent helped much. can someone help me in finding a program to follow, including diet and excercises. sorry for being a nuisence. regards

    tribulus is worthless imo.

    creatine works and has been proven to work. I use it and i gain weight well on it.

    diet is more important than supplements

    I don't think creatine alone is your best bet here. The way creatine makes you big is by giving you more power for your workouts. More power = more lifted weight = muscles tire more and rebuild bigger. But I think you're after raw mass gain right now, for which the only solution is a higher caloric intake. Have you looked into weight-gainers? Those 700-800 calorie shakes?

    one more thing to add...whey is great too for putting on weight. But not in the 1 scoop servings most recommend. Try 2 or even 3 after a workout and before you sleep (50-60gms).

    i am taking whey protein. 30g per scoop and i take 2-3 scoops when i have. so should i take before my workout and also after i sleep. also what is the best time to take creatine and tribulis

    Take a shake with you to the gym and be sure to include both Carbs and Whey within the first fifteen minutes after yer workout. You can spend the next two years researching diet, supplements and roids and still find yourself learning more everyday. So much to learn, so much to read.

    90 grms of whey at one time is worthless i would not exeed 50g
