I had a sscrewy morning and can not do my morning cardio until 9:30am. I do cardio on an empty stomach, but since it is so late today I was thinking of eating eggs and green beens before I go. What would you guys do?

Sounds like a clean little meal, eat the eggs and green beans and maybe up the intensity a little bit since you're not in a directly lipolytic state anymore, but you aren't catabolic, either.
If I for some reason eat before cardio then I'll wait do cardio before my next meal. It is a fact that you burn alot more blubber if you do cardio b4 your 1st...
HIIT might be your answer for times like these
if youre absolutely starving when u wake up and you cant hold off till after your morning cardio routine then go ahead and eat, but i would wait till your stomach is completely empty to do your cardio...maybe before your next meal.
