Maybe you should be asking your Doctor this question

erythrocytosis can be caused by steroids but I mean could it be bacuase i had just finished my cycle that it showed up. I have high levels of blood. too many red cells, does it get back to normal if i stop from AAS

Does your doc know you have been using steroids? If you stop using steroids you RBC will go back to normal (it may take 6 months). This is in the assumption it is the AAS causing the high RBC. Make sure your doc knows you have been using steroids!

AAS raises red blood cell count depending on what you were taking.
Your crit can stay higher than normal for 100 or more days post cycle. What were you taking and how long have you been off?

I'm not sure steroids could cause erythrocytosis, I think can cause hypererythrocyte, as a result excessive amount of red blood cells. Mostly by anadrol and EPO.

i had been taking testoviron 500mg/week and deca 400mg/week... was onlyu off for 3 weeks when i took the tests..
I was on a cycle right now too... and i stopped it so to be sure how my blood levels are when i am not on cycle. will be taking the tests 8 weeks from now... they should be lower from the first test right?

    thanks guys

The life span of a red blood cell is up to 120days but I would expect you RBC to have lowered in 8 weeks if it was the steroid causing it, and it is very possible they are responsible for your high RBC. It can take more like 16 weeks for you RBC to fall but lets see how things look in 8 weeks time.

    ok thanks..

I need to take some nolvadex and clomid for my pct, will do tests in 8 weeks. Is it good if i take my nolva and clomid? or will it make things worst for my tests
