    confused

    I am tryin to bulk up. I upped my cals protien and carbs. my question is, I usually run for 25 to 30 minutes a night 6 days a week is this to much cardio for a bulking phase. what do you guys think. by the way I was suprised to find out I wasnt eating enough. thanks.

    It would certainly help you gain more weight if you cut that down some. Also if you want you can lower the intensity.

    right now I stand at 11% bf,178lbs. what is a resonable bf rise if any in say 15 pounds.

    So many factors influence that, if your diet is clean you shouldnt really put on that much fat. Maybe a couple pounds worth maybe not that much. It is really hard to say for sure.

    that seems a lil high...i do 20 min after each training session 5 days a week and it keeps me pretty lean and still allows me to put on mass, however i gain BF extremely easily, so for me this much cardio is a must...this may not be the case for you
