7am 8-10 eggs 4 whole eggs rest just whites
9am turkey or beef and melba wheat crackers hand full of almonds or cashews
11am foot long subway club double meat (sometimes i can only get 3/4 of it down)
1pm bag of beef jerky and hand full almonds or cashew
3pm turkey or beef and melba wheat crackers hand full of almonds or cashews
430pm workout
530-6pm musle milk shake and poweraid
630- dinner meat (chicken,steak,) with veggies and some type of carbs
8pm more meat from dinner and cashews
10pm turkey and peanuts(boiled mostly) or spoonful natural peanut butter
bedtime
(deit changes a little from day to day but this is the basic)
