this might be a dumb question but, what is a good daily dose of clen if it is 200 mcg/ml? im not real famillar with micrograms.

start at .25 ml (50mcg) and work your way up to .5ml (100mcg) by increasing .05 ml every 2-3 days... from .25ml to .3 to .35...so on and so forth
thanks man...
Is the pump/mist deal on some bottles of clen really that unreliable? Is it really necessary to use a more accurate measure?
Oh, and does anyone have a cycle that includes T3? I found some in the search, but they're clen only.
highest i went was 200mcg and i noticed no difference than 120-140mcg, just more of a headache. I wouldnt bother going over 140mcg
use an oral syringe if you want precise measurements.Originally Posted by KidGalahad

That's what I read, too. Thing is, people have told me you need to reduce your bodyfat percentage before aas will work (below 15% was the quote), and that T3 will speed that process. I'm not sure how to resolve the contradiction.
you should be able to reduce your bodyfat to below 15% easily with proper diet and cardio. aas will 'work' at any bodyfat, its just not wise to run them when you have high bodyfat.
First, thanks for the help, Amorphic.
I'm sure proper diet and cardio would get me down to where aas would make sense, I just know enough about myself that I need to see faster results or I'll get discouraged. That's why I took my friend's recommendation about the clen/t3--to get that little extra edge that will help me stay on track.
Make sense?
Jef, good looks on getting this thread back on track.
Sorry for the mini-hijack, Nate!
Hahaha Its Cool...THANKS FOR ADVICE...
