So.. Whats the best way to avoid it? And what is the best PCT for 500mg week Sust and 400mg week Deca? I know you cannot use Nolva while on the cycle only after.

The best way to avoid it is to have at least an hrt dose of test, you're beyond that so you're good. Anthony Robert's pct is well thought of, there is a sticky on it in the pct section.

Best way to avoid Deca Dick is too add test as you have done. You should be fine. For that cycle I would just use a Nolva for PCT.

you might want to get HCG too.. HCG is almost insisted opun with a deca cycle. it will help your boys go back to normal. the anthony roberts is well thought of, and prob. the best thing for you with a test and deca cycle. good luck
