First I have to say sorry for my bad english, but i hope that you´ll understand what I´m wrinting, if not, then ask.

w 1-10 600mg Test E e5d
w 1-4 50mg Anadrol 50mg ed
w 11-18 100mg Test P eod
w 11-18 100mg Tren A eod
w 15-18 50mg Winstrol ed

w 2-24 0.5mg Arimidex eod
w 19-24(maybe to w28) Nolvadex PCT
w 3,4 7,8 11,12 15,16 19,20 500iu HCG e3d
w 2-4 7-9 10iu Insulin PWO

I´ve planed this cycle to be my last, therefore will it be this "big". But that I allso said the last time.

So, what do you think about this cycle?
Should i put in some proviron 25-50mg ed w 15-18?

Bc the first 10weeks are for bulk and the last 8 is more like dieting.
But I´ll be honest, i have thought about to lower the Test E to 300mg e5d and put in some Tren E 200-400mg e5d.

I´m on this board bc i´ve heard that ppl in USA know alot more of AAS then swedish ppl, so i´m looking for some "pro" advise. Thats what i would like to call it.

I think 16 wks would be pushing it. have you run a cycle this long before? it can be a very long road to recovery after something like that running all those compounds.

Okey.
Longest cycle i ever have done is 12 wks, so maybe i should stay on that track.

My gold is to gain some weight of course, but i dont want to be to off on the summer 08, therefor i thougt the best way was to still be on the AAS and start a diet so i dont lose my hard gained muscles.

Should i first have a bulk cycle then rest and then start a diet cycle?

You used tren before?

if not, go with tren A with test p... everyday or every other day...

dont go over 4-6 weeks if the winny is tabs has very harsh on the liver...

tren a and test prop cycle - 6 to 8 weeks on the tren a, run the test two weeks longer.

if tren e, 10 weeks, run the test 2 weeks longer again.

yes. one or the other works best. If you are dead set on cutting down time inbetween pct and your cutting cycle then you can shorten the bulk cycle, lower dosages, stay simple with the compounds to which you feel you need most. These are all factors in recovery time. utilize this and you can get away with less time inbetween cycles. Also lots of hcg and and proper pct which you might want to extend to six wks. this way you can get two cycles in less time than recommended.

1. Should i usa hcg in my pct or not? In sweden i hear ppl say hell no or hell yeah to that Q, so i would like to here what you guys say about that.

Detection Time: 5 month

Test P

Then i relly dont understand why i should extend the test when the active life is the same.

because you want test in your system a little past the half life of the 19-nor to avoid prolactin, libido issues. I use hcg in every pct, it works great for a speedy recovery.

If you were to stop them on the same day, the tren a will last a little bit longer..

and nor-19's will kill ya sexdrive n performance.....

in these graphs red line is test, purple is tren -

notice how even though stopped on the same day the tren lasts at a higher rate than the test in ya system when coming down and off..
(ignore the fact tren is higher through the main part of the course, as the amount of test will keep you horny and ya dick working well)



yet if the test is run 7 days longer, test always stays higher when coming down....



its not just ya sex drive (although people use this as a indication of how there system is) you will probably feel lethargic and grotty, so not work out as hard n more likely to loose gains.
