Nolvadex While On Test E Cycle??????

I am starting my Test E only cycle an dont want to hold alot of water or get any side effect while on the test e cylce for 10 weeks... So i was going to drop in 20 mg or less of nova while on the cycle. can anyone get me some advice about that...thanks

yeah thats what i heard...but others say not really. So i dont know what i should do. wanted to see if others have took it while on there cycles.

it will help, but i would hold off unless you start experiencing any gyno symptoms or run it at 10mg ed.

never hurts to have nolva or arimidex on hand, i would personally use an AI instead of a serm for on cycle, especially if gyno was flairing up.

make sure you drink plenty of water and watch your sodium intake

Mix in 3 days of Cardio with your workouts for at least 45mins each time, this will help with the Bloat if you get any at all.

Only use the nolva if you have any Gyno.

pct for test e only cycle.
Pct :
Nolva 20mgs/day 4 weeks
aromasin 25 mgs/day 4 weeks
Vitamin e 1000ius/day 4 weeks.


Some people will tell you that you need HCG with your pct. Not True,

I did not use it with my 1st pct, and plan on not useing it for my 2nd cycle pct .

and my pct was fine without useing HCG.

(HCG is up to you. Your going to hear it from all sides on HCG)

Also if iam not wrong, HCG just came out not to long ago to add to your PCT.

Remember,PCT were fine before HCG.

But HCG is great for some people, and not for others.


But this is just my Opinion, Decide for yourself with Reaserch.

use an AI like arimidex or letro,,it will work much better for you.

if you don't aromatise hard, low dose nolva protects from gyno development atv5he breast site. it does nothing to lower estrogen or block its conversion.

using an AI stops most conversion of test to estrogen, at the aromatase enzyme.

over use of AI will hurt gains, as well as sky high estrogen will do too.

so while nolva will stop gyno it won't help with other sides associated with high E2. such as edema, dvt, BP cholesterol etc.

mis using AI can also be harsh on cholesterol.

hence the need for bloods on cycle and whatnot.

we can both be same weight height and body fat, and you may need an AI on 500mg test I may not.

you may get e2 in the high 100s on sane amountvof test as me and mine could be well within range.

hence the reason for mid cycle bloods and such. (I'm aware I repeated my self, btw)

I’m new on here, as in I just made an account about 10 minutes ago so let me at least introduce myself. I’m 29, been an avid lifter for several years and currently compete in bodybuilding comps. I did my first cycle when I was 26 after hitting a plateau body weight wise. I haven’t been on one since, am currently 6ft and 220lb without having cycled in over 2 years. I’m eating 5500 calories (clean) daily and lift on a schedule 6 days a week. I am thinking of going back on a light cycle of test E and/or prop with ana for a few months. After a 3 month cycle how much actual mass do you think I would keep once the water dissipates? Thanks!

Get Prix cycle blood work to see were your estrogen is that if it's high you know you're going to need the standard AI protocol if not more

they would see were your natural estrogen levels are at .

if on the high side you can make a better educated guess at ai use during cycle before mid cycle bloods are pulled

Just asked because some people have low test high E2 then when they go on TRT their E2 is lower as the hypogonadal state messes things up and won't predict what happens with supraphysiological test levels. An educated approach would be a small dose and adjust accordingly after bloods 5-6 weeks in.
