I think my views on fat intake are a bit skewed...
I'm currently cutting, (which i've never attempted before) and curious as to how much fat i should be taking in?
I know, obviously, there's no set amount for everyone, If you guys could just give me a general idea, i can modifiy it for my own needs...
I'm about 230, 14-15% bodyfat (that's just an estimate) if that helps in making a decision...
