confusion in 4 different threads

i have read 4 different threads, and the dosages recommended for letro are

.25 mg eod
2.5 mg a day

.50 mg a day

and last but not least 1.0 mg a day

if your gonna take letro, which of these is right? one thread said that letro is so strong that you should not do more than .25 mg eod and no more than for 2 weeks.

another thread here said to start with
.25 and go up to 2.5 mg? which is right? this is confusing as all hell.

Do you have a problem with gyno? starting lower and adjusting to seems to be the way to go. Letro is very strong. Start with .25mg ed and adjust if needed until problem stops.

The variance you encountered is a product of Letro’s Gyno application, thus making 10nispro’s question most poignant…“Do you have a problem with Gyno?”
The answer to this question dictates dosage protocol, i.e. preventive, prone, or reversing.
